Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution of our HR technology ecosystem, with Workday at its core.
Build and execute an HRIS roadmap, integrate Workday with other platforms, and deliver reporting that drives data-informed decisions.
Develop and implement a multi-year HRIS roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency through automation.
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems in collaboration with HR leadership and IT teams, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other platforms.
Oversee configuration, optimization, and governance of Workday across all modules.
Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and ERP systems.
Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
Design and maintain effective data governance processes across HR systems.
Build dashboards and advanced reporting for leadership.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology.
Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 HRIS analysts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
7–10 years in HR technology or HRIS roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proficiency in Workday and other HR platforms (ATS, LMS).
Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
High-growth or startup environment experience preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or Workday certifications are a plus.
