Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Assist in the entire recruitment process
  • Draft job postings and pre-screen applications
  • Obtain references and schedule interviews with candidates

Requirements

  • Experience in applicant management and recruiting staff
  • Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes
  • Strong service and customer orientation

  • IT/computer skills are an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German
