Responsibilities
Compile and maintain each employee's administrative file
Prepare and manage employment contracts
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (onboarding follow-up, STC, ...)
Handle administrative staff follow-up and declarations to social authorities (DUE - single hiring declaration, management of occupational health visits, ...)
Assist with payroll preparation (variable elements, absences, ...) and with payslip processing (verification, incorrect payments, ...)
Monitor invoices, contracts, and temporary workers' timesheets
Maintain HR-related dashboards
Participate in projects and prepare documentation in collaboration with management
File and archive employee documents
Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to employment/social legislation
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or experience with a Bachelor's degree in HR via work-study/apprenticeship preferred
Knowledge of HR and social legislation / payroll
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Proactive and able to take initiative
Strong communication and writing skills
Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
