About the role

  • Administrative role in human resources at UGECAM Occitanie based in Caveirac, managing employee documents and participating in various HR functions and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and maintain each employee's administrative file
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (onboarding follow-up, STC, ...)
  • Handle administrative staff follow-up and declarations to social authorities (DUE - single hiring declaration, management of occupational health visits, ...)
  • Assist with payroll preparation (variable elements, absences, ...) and with payslip processing (verification, incorrect payments, ...)
  • Monitor invoices, contracts, and temporary workers' timesheets
  • Maintain HR-related dashboards
  • Participate in projects and prepare documentation in collaboration with management
  • File and archive employee documents
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to employment/social legislation

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or experience with a Bachelor's degree in HR via work-study/apprenticeship preferred
  • Knowledge of HR and social legislation / payroll
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
