Responsibilities
You build and continuously maintain a qualified pipeline of potential accounts — including analyzing personas and news to identify core strategies, keywords, and changes
You identify and reach out to prospective new customers via various communication channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn
You contribute to the development of a clear framework and a playbook of best practices for successfully acquiring new customers
You collect valuable customer feedback during your conversations and share key insights with marketing and product teams to continuously improve our solutions
You create positive first impressions and thereby actively strengthen our brand awareness and perception
Requirements
A completed degree (e.g., Business Administration or (Business) Computer Science) or a comparable qualification
Complemented by at least one year of experience in B2B sales development, outbound sales, or lead management
Confident use of outbound channels such as cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn, and the resilience required for daily contact with new prospects
A structured way of working with clear daily and priority planning and a high degree of self-organization
Clear, understandable communication style and the ability to distill complex software and process information into concise messages
Good questioning techniques (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC light, open questions) and the ability to identify genuine needs
Enthusiasm for SaaS solutions, digital processes, and working with international customers
Excellent German and English skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
