Junior Account Manager supporting aviation customers to utilize SaaS solutions efficiently. Collaborating with international teams and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
You will work alongside experienced Key Account Managers to support international existing customers and learn how to build and maintain successful customer relationships in a SaaS environment.
You will identify where our solutions provide real value and assist in developing strategies that sustainably advance our customers.
You will contribute to contract renewals and new agreements and learn how to structure these in line with our SaaS subscription model.
You will collaborate closely with product development, marketing, legal, and customer success teams to support the entire SaaS lifecycle – from onboarding to long-term customer retention.
You will be part of an international environment with opportunities to visit customers on site and expand your network within the aviation industry.
Requirements
A completed degree – preferably in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field
Initial practical experience in sales, account management, project management, or customer success – e.g., through internships, student positions, or early professional experience
Enjoy working with customers, understanding complex contexts, and communicating solutions clearly
Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable working style
Excellent German and English skills (at least C1) both written and spoken
Willingness to travel internationally and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
