About the role
- Information Security Manager at INFORM coordinating ISMS, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving security standards. Supporting CISO in managing ISMS processes across various business areas.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with our CISO to drive the continued development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) across all business areas.
- You will run core ISMS processes — from risk analyses and internal audits to preparing management reviews — and ensure clear, robust documentation.
- You will lead security initiatives, monitor their progress, and coordinate all stakeholders from central functions and business units to continuously strengthen our security standards.
- You will advise non-certified business units and support them in progressively developing and improving their ISMS toward ISO 27001 maturity.
- When needed, you will act as deputy for the CISO and represent defined responsibilities confidently in their absence.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT, information security, cyber security or a comparable field
- Ideally more than 3 years of relevant professional experience in information security (e.g., ISO, Security Specialist, Security Coordinator or similar)
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with information security standards, processes and controls
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and excellent communication skills
- Ability to present complex issues clearly and to prepare decision-making
- Good knowledge of common IT security architectures and tools, especially regarding Microsoft and cloud-based environments is desirable
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, CISM, CISA or comparable are an advantage
- German (C2) — full professional proficiency, and very good English (B2)
