Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for case-related inquiries from contractors and stakeholders; escalate unresolved issues to Key Personnel as appropriate
Facilitate on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and provide refresher training as needed; conduct orientation sessions for team members
Monitor and assist with case assignments and resolve intake issues to support team performance; some case assignment responsibilities may apply
Conduct monthly quality control checks to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality deliverables
Partner with the Program Manager to track performance metrics, implement quality measures, and support employee evaluation processes
Approve timesheets, manage leave requests, and support recruiting activities including candidate interviews
Assist with resolving complaints and support disciplinary processes when necessary
Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role with at least 3 years of relevant experience in security or intelligence fields (technical, physical, or operational security)
Strong knowledge of personnel security principles and government contracting regulations
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Subject matter expertise in one or more security and/or intelligence disciplines preferred
Experience implementing complex government security and/or intelligence programs and policies preferred
