About the role

  • Account Executive identifying new key clients at Infobip, a global cloud communication platform. Engaging in lead generation, sales negotiations, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and leads with prospective new key clients
  • Maintain sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, strategy, and planning
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
  • Support client relationships for the first 12 rolling months
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for new business acquisition

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or account management role
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools
