About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate strong, productive relationships with key clients, distributors and partners, ensuring execution of Grupo Boticário's commercial strategy and achievement of sales targets
  • Ensure Sell-Out targets are met, driving performance across your client portfolio
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and sales performance in your area of responsibility
  • Lead Sell-Through sales for the client panel, providing guidance and support to negotiation teams
  • Manage investments in your area of responsibility, seeking to optimize resources and maximize results
  • Oversee the billing process together with Customer Success (CS), ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage the approval process for budget/investment for strategic actions, optimizing the use of resources
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain close relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Ensure excellence in executing strategies at Points of Sale (POS), guaranteeing product visibility and appeal

Requirements

  • Live in João Pessoa/PA (preferably)
  • Proficiency with presentations and spreadsheets
  • Availability to travel
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles with direct and indirect channels (distributors)
  • Analytical skills
  • Higher education completed
