• Develop and implement collections strategies: Design and implement effective collections strategies and processes, including early intervention strategies, customer segmentation, and recovery workflows.
• Run operations & manage asset risk: Manage the critical "early intervention" window, negotiating payment plans and settlements to resolve issues before legal action is needed, including implementing specific protocols to vehicle repossession and Sold Out of Trust (SOT) scenarios.
