Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch and growth of Inertia’s Philadelphia market
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives
  • Drive new business development and oversee key client relationships
  • Establish sales processes, performance expectations, and operating rhythm
  • Own regional forecasting, revenue targets, and execution
  • Partner with executive leadership on expansion strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the energy industry
  • Proven success as an energy broker
  • Prior sales or people leadership experience
