Responsibilities
Seek new opportunities for establishing new PM agreements for power generation maintenance
Promote & establish strong customer relationships with CPS to support PM agreement renewals
Promptly respond to customer requests for proposals/estimates
Communicate with appropriate CPS personnel in the assessment of any customer agreement/contract terms
Contracts must meet minimum profit expectations established by CPS
Regular communication is required with service personnel in order to coordinate the PM schedule and ensure that obligations are satisfied
Develop proposals in accordance with scope of supply
Assemble supporting documentation to present to CSR when a job has been awarded
Review preventive maintenance reports for corrective/follow up actions to promote additional services
Provide status updates to all stakeholders, including possible delays or change orders
Requirements
Proven ability to communicate effectively
High level of productivity output
Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands
Respond effectively to changes in workload, schedules, and environment
Electrical or mechanical engineering degree preferred
This position requires occasional driving
