  • Sales Representative at PFEIFFER & MAY handling customer inquiries and creating offers. Collaborating with external sales and ensuring smooth processing of returns and complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Independently support our customers by phone and provide advisory assistance.
  • Preparing quotes, following them up, and closing sales are part of your responsibilities.
  • Handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth processing.
  • Collaborate transparently with field sales colleagues and actively support them.

Requirements

  • A passion for sales that is contagious to our customers
  • Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints
  • Independent, transparent, and goal-oriented working style
  • Ideally, initial experience in inside sales
