Responsibilities
Conducting order appointments including preparation and follow-up
Active selling of the pre-order collections for our brands "RABE" and "LeComte"
Ongoing analysis of KPIs and optimization of POS partners' performance, initiating appropriate measures
Advising and supporting partners at the point of sale (POS)
Merchandising at the POS in line with the brand philosophy
Comprehensive merchandise management
Approval and inspection of shop set-ups
New customer acquisition
Independent planning and delivery of product training at the POS
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree with several years of sales experience in a comparable position
Strong passion for active selling and experience in the women's ready-to-wear (DOB) product segment
High degree of responsibility as well as strong organizational and communication skills
Independent, goal-oriented working style and a high level of commitment
