About the role

  • Sales Representative for RABE Fashion Group responsible for selling fashion collections and managing POS performance. Engaging with partners and conducting product training at points of sale.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting order appointments including preparation and follow-up
  • Active selling of the pre-order collections for our brands "RABE" and "LeComte"
  • Ongoing analysis of KPIs and optimization of POS partners' performance, initiating appropriate measures
  • Advising and supporting partners at the point of sale (POS)
  • Merchandising at the POS in line with the brand philosophy
  • Comprehensive merchandise management
  • Approval and inspection of shop set-ups
  • New customer acquisition
  • Independent planning and delivery of product training at the POS

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree with several years of sales experience in a comparable position
  • Strong passion for active selling and experience in the women's ready-to-wear (DOB) product segment
  • High degree of responsibility as well as strong organizational and communication skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style and a high level of commitment
