About the role

  • Account Director focused on expanding Group Savings and Retirement solutions in Quebec. Leveraging sales expertise and relationship skills to build strategic partnerships and drive business development.

Responsibilities

  • Represent iA Financial Group with conviction at industry events
  • Deliver training and sales presentations on group savings and retirement products
  • Establish and develop strong business relationships with the distribution network
  • Deliver and strategically position our proposals in the market
  • Contribute to the development of our service offering

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in group savings and retirement, institutional investments, or other relevant experience
  • At least 5 years in a sales role in financial services
  • Holds a FICA, FSA, or CFA designation (an asset)
  • Advanced knowledge of French
  • Advanced knowledge of English
