About the role

  • Sales Director driving revenue growth across key markets for Azerion. Leading strategic sales efforts with a focus on programmatic advertising sales and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through Azerion’s programmatic media solutions
  • Own and exceed individual revenue targets by building, managing, and closing a pipeline of enterprise-level agency and brand partners
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior decision-makers at agencies and brands
  • Lead high-value negotiations and present Azerion’s Infinity Platform
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging verticals, market opportunities, and industry trends
  • Represent Azerion at key industry events
  • Partner with trading specialists, client services, and research teams to deliver best-in-class campaign performance

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad tech sales
  • Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across agencies and brands (both holding companies and independents)
  • Deep understanding of premium data solutions, custom creative formats, curated PMPs, and cookieless targeting strategies leveraging audience segmentation and behavioral intelligence technologies.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close six- and seven-figure deals
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and independent
  • Strategic and consultative mindset
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel periodically to engage clients,
  • Willingness to cultivate client relationships beyond standard business hours.
