Responsibilities
You will have a strong focus on recruiting.
You will manage our recruiting processes from job posting through onboarding, ensuring we attract the right talent for our team.
You will design HR development and learning strategies so employees can purposefully develop their skills.
You will be the point of contact for our employees and support them with all administrative and organizational People & Culture matters.
You will ensure professional preparation and follow-up of personnel-related documents.
You will produce analyses, reports and presentations on relevant HR metrics and topics.
You will contribute to the preparatory payroll process for our teams in Germany, our branch in Italy, and our employees engaged via EOR.
You will actively shape our company culture and contribute to exciting projects such as employer branding or occupational health management.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree with an HR focus
3–5 years of practical experience in HR management and recruiting within the tech industry
Very good knowledge of labor law
A structured, independent working style with a strong commitment to quality
Strong assertiveness to proactively drive change processes and establish new structures and initiatives
High empathy, excellent communication skills, and a good sense for people
Reliability, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
