Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and identify hiring needs and job specifications
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsing, negotiating, and onboarding
  • Strategically build and maintain both active candidate pools and long-term talent pools to support future hiring needs
  • Draft and post compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks; apply Boolean search techniques
  • Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Administer assessments and evaluate competencies, especially for healthcare and BPO-related roles
  • Ensure a smooth hiring process and exceptional candidate experience through timely and clear communication
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and coordinating pre-employment requirements
  • Process background checks and track compliance for pre-hire documentation
  • Maintain an organized recruitment database and documentation system for candidate tracking and future pipelining
  • Utilize HRIS platforms (particularly BambooHR) and ATS tools for recruitment tracking and reporting
  • Work with superiors on employee performance feedback as part of continuous hiring improvement
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment initiatives
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or a business-related field (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 3 years of US-based recruiting experience, preferably in a Healthcare BPO setting
  • At least 5 years handling full-cycle or end-to-end recruitment
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly BambooHR or other HRIS and ATS tools
  • Solid interviewing skills and knowledge of various recruitment techniques (e.g., behavioral, panel, situational)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • High level of adaptability in shifting hiring priorities or roles
  • Empathetic approach to candidate conversations, ensuring a human-centered experience
  • Collaborative mindset to work well across departments and with hiring managers
  • Resourceful and proactive attitude when addressing hiring challenges or hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience in the Call Center BPO industry and/or recruiting for US-based Healthcare Insurance is REQUIRED.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and candidate assessment abilities
  • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in social media recruiting and maintaining passive talent pools
  • Willing to work night shift
  • Amenable working onsite - Makati
  • Can start ASAP.
