Responsibilities
Partner with client leadership to provide world-class human capital strategies
Focus on development of client-based human workforce capital solutions
Work independently with COE partners to deliver HR guidance

Participate in cross-functional work groups to gain and offer HR insights
Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience in HR Business partnering and other relevant HR COE experience (such as employee relations, talent management)
Prior experience supporting Commercial functions is preferred (though not required)
Proven communication and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to balance advocacy
Experience in employee relations in California
Ability to understand business imperatives and translate to HR initiatives
Experience with employment and workplace safety laws and compliance requirements
