About the role

  • Customer Experience Specialist at SERVPRO managing restoration projects and ensuring positive customer experiences. Requires strong communication, detail orientation, and sales experience in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
  • Own all aspects of the customer experience from the office process
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
  • Create preliminary scopes of work to be passed on to estimating team
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
  • Participate in the after-hours on call rotation (Additional compensation will be provided)

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Previous Restoration Experience (preferred)
  • At least 4 years of sales and/or customer service
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • Must be willing to work on-call after hours 1 out of every 3 weeks to meet the needs of our customers outside of normal business hours.
