About the role

  • Salesmanager managing initial customer contacts and guiding them through sustainable energy solutions in Munich. Focused on energetic modernization and customer support in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • As part of our sales team, you are the first point of contact for prospects and guide them from the first interaction to the next step, getting our projects moving.
  • You handle incoming inquiries (warm leads) and quickly identify what our customers really need.
  • You provide competent and clear advice by phone on topics such as heat pumps and energy-efficient renovations.
  • You record technical details and prepare customized offers using our systems.
  • You explain complex topics in a clear and persuasive way.
  • You qualify leads and schedule appointments for our field sales team.
  • You work closely with the team and contribute your own ideas to improve processes.

  • You are communicative and enjoy engaging with people.
  • You can explain complex topics simply and clearly.
  • You are interested in sustainable technologies and energy solutions.
  • You work in a structured, independent and goal-oriented way.
  • You stay motivated after setbacks and don’t give up easily.
  • You are a true team player.
  • Confident use of digital tools (CRM, telephony software, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
  • Fluent German (C1–C2).
