About the role

• Data analyst focused on optimizing digital marketing strategies and analyzing paid traffic campaigns in a dynamic team environment. Involves continuous learning of tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Produce and launch lead-generation, content distribution, remarketing, and ticket-sales campaigns on advertising platforms;
• Analyze the performance of existing campaigns and create reports that generate insights to increase ROAS and overall performance;
• Optimize ads and audience targeting;
• Design and implement traffic-generation strategies;
• Discover major breakthroughs and best practices in paid traffic and apply them across our various promotion channels;
• Write ad copy and scripts for recording and publishing ads;
• Record traffic lessons and participate in live Q&A sessions with multiple students, clarifying paid-traffic questions and guiding them through area processes;
• Answer operational traffic questions from students and members of the mentorship groups.

Requirements

• Experience in generating traffic using Meta Ads and Google Ads;
• Knowledge of strategies for lead generation, content distribution, remarketing, and ticket sales;
• Passion for analyzing statistics, data, and trends to identify patterns and correlations;
• Enthusiasm for learning new tools, concepts, and strategies;
• Strong skills in statistics, mathematics, and both analytical and qualitative thinking;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented;
• Mental clarity (ability to express an idea or hypothesis simply and clearly);
• Ability to evaluate campaign conversion and performance;
• Ability to actively participate in our educational products by teaching classes, delivering training, and producing other educational content for our students.
