About the role

  • Administrative role managing contracts for cleaning, maintenance, and operations in the beauty sector. Collaborating on budget control and infrastructure projects for Grupo Boticário.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cleaning contracts, building maintenance (HVAC, electrical, and civil), reception, and pantry services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Monitor maintenance schedules using management software to prevent critical downtime.
  • Control the area's budget, verify invoices, record fiscal notes, and support budget development.
  • Support renovations, layout changes, and infrastructure projects with a focus on space optimization and employee well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Facilities or Building Operations.
  • Basic technical knowledge of building maintenance (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Cost-conscious profile with a critical view of process efficiency and ability to interface with vendors to achieve the best cost-benefit.
  • Advantage: Experience with ticketing/management systems and ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, or Oracle).
  • Availability to work in Serra/ES.
