About the role

  • Analista de Manutenção de Lojas supporting maintenance operations for retail stores while ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards. Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams for efficient service resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Support store maintenance operations, ensuring receipt, organization, tracking and completion of service requests within established deadlines, assuring quality of interventions, adherence to brand standards and effective coordination between stores, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Responsible for monitoring and routing maintenance tickets opened by stores, ensuring each request is handled promptly and in an organized manner.
  • Initiates contact with suppliers and internal departments, monitoring deadlines, progress and quality of execution.
  • Ensures ticket resolution within SLA, providing status visibility and continuous support to stores.
  • Maintains regular contact with stores to follow up on resolutions and to preserve the ability to prioritize.
  • Monitor CAPEX and OPEX expenditures through reports, providing management visibility into how the budget is being consumed.
  • Support the organization of information, ticket history and departmental controls.
  • Perform site visits to stores as needed for diagnostics, monitoring or validation of executed services.
  • Ensure interventions are aligned with the brand's standards and guidelines.
  • Serve as liaison with suppliers and service providers, requesting and tracking estimates for maintenance needs.
  • Validate proposals and estimates, seeking a balance between speed, cost and the brand's quality standards.
  • Monitor scheduling and execution of services, ensuring alignment between approved scope and delivered work.
  • Maintain close relationships with partners, ensuring agility, quality of execution and compliance with brand standards.
  • Building maintenance routines, facilities management or oversight of construction works.
  • Basic skills in reading and analyzing technical estimates.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD is considered a plus.
  • Prior experience monitoring suppliers, service providers and maintenance schedules is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction standards, finishes and maintenance of commercial environments is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sense of priorities and ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and work effectively in a team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture and Urbanism, completed or in progress.
  • Prior experience monitoring suppliers, service providers and maintenance schedules.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance within retail companies (physical stores).
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills and deadline management.
  • Proactivity and sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
