About the role
- Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Demonstrate progress toward sales target delivery using business development, pipeline management, and client relationship activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to expand the client base.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and build professional relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their FX and Payment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trading and operations, to deliver comprehensive FX solutions to clients.
- Analyse client portfolios to identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate currency exposures.
- Proficient use of sales techniques and product knowledge to promote IFX solutions and brand.
- Learn and familiarise yourself with the IFX Payments product suite, including iBanq, to perfect a sales strategy for both FX and Payment prospects.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact FX markets.
Requirements
- Two years or more UAE based experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
