About the role

  • Teach veterinarians how to best use IDEXX Analyzers (ProCyte, Catalyst One, SediVue)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with IDEXX tools
  • Visit customers in clinics and assist with their needs
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to maintain Customer Accounts
  • Provide onsite technical support during critical customer needs

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience with a training and/or leadership background strongly preferred
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, management, and peers
  • Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong listening skills to discover customer needs
  • Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets and Smartphones
  • Computer networking experience is a plus!
