About the role

  • PPC Manager managing Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns for Ideal Siding. Ensuring performance through data analysis and optimization, contributing to a culture focused on effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Execute day-to-day optimizations (bids, keywords, negatives, audiences)
  • Launch new campaigns and implement updates accurately and on time
  • Monitor CPL, lead volume, and budget pacing across multiple campaigns
  • Identify underperforming areas and take action to improve efficiency
  • Run structured A/B tests across ad copy, creatives, and audiences
  • Track and interpret campaign performance in collaboration with the Marketing Analyst
  • Use platform automation effectively (Performance Max, Advantage+, etc.)
  • Support the shift toward intent-based targeting using data signals and automation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, with experience in Meta and LinkedIn paid advertising
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns without losing attention to detail
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to move fast and stay organized
  • Confidence flagging issues and making data-backed recommendations
  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise advertising is a plus.
