Tech Sales Consultant responsible for consultative sales of IT support services, generating demand and managing the full sales cycle. Working remotely in a hybrid model in Mexico.
Responsibilities
Investigar y prospectar clientes potenciales para generación de demanda.
Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de generación de leads.
Atender leads asignados por Marketing en un máximo de 8 horas.
Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta: diagnóstico, diseño de solución, propuesta, negociación y cierre.
Elaborar propuestas comerciales integrales considerando todas las líneas de negocio.
Negociar términos y condiciones contractuales.
Gestionar altas de clientes, contratos, órdenes de compra y coordinación para facturación.
Mantener relación postventa y detectar oportunidades de crecimiento de cuenta.
Colaborar con Operaciones en actividades de preventa y dimensionamiento de proyectos.
Cumplir con los KPIs establecidos (cuota ≥ 90%, conversión de leads, ciclo de venta, etc.).
Requirements
Licenciatura concluida (Comercio, Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería en Sistemas o afín).
Inglés avanzado (C1) – comunicación verbal y escrita con prospectos internacionales.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas de servicios.
Experiencia comprobable en cumplimiento de cuotas.
Elaboración y gestión de pipeline & forecast.
Conocimiento de metodologías de venta (deseable experiencia con método Sandler).
Experiencia en venta de servicios de TI (indispensable).
**CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS**
Conocimiento de servicios de soporte TI (Service Desk, Soporte en sitio y campo).
Conocimiento actualizado del mercado de TI.
Deseable conocimiento en ISO 27001 e ISO 20000.
ITIL v4 (deseable).
Customer Success / Gestión de clientes.
Gestión de proyectos (PM, Scrum, Agile – deseable).
