Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences
- Implement REST/SOAP integrations
- Support releases, testing, and upgrades
- Enforce platform governance and quality standards
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
- 3+ years' experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed Custom Application Development
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- US Citizenship is required
