Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales team to gather and understand customer requirements and assist in developing tailored technical solutions.
Learn to interpret customer needs and translate them into technical deliverables with guidance from senior colleagues.
Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations, demonstrations, and bids and proposals for customers.
Assist in maintaining technical documentation, product specifications, and authoring bids and proposal materials.
Use AI tools for research, data analysis, presentation preparation, and workflow automation to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Participate in proof-of-concept activities, product evaluations, and solution testing.
Stay current on ICEYE’s product offerings and the wider Earth Observation and satellite data landscape.
Continuously build your technical and commercial knowledge to grow into a more senior Sales Engineer role.
Requirements
3 or more years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
Foundational understanding of remote sensing, geospatial technologies, or engineering principles, with a strong desire to deepen your expertise in these areas.
Demonstrated interest in the operational use of satellite imagery and data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Clear and confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Eagerness to learn from colleagues and to develop presentation and technical sales skills.
Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using or willingness to embrace AI tools (for writing, presentation and analysis) to improve efficiency and creativity in daily work.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Remote Sensing, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
