About the role

  • Customer Success Manager ensuring effective use of satellite data for managing natural disasters in European government sectors. Collaborating with ICEYE’s regional Solutions Sales team and overseeing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure European government clients successfully use ICEYE’s satellite data to manage natural disasters
  • Act as the essential link between ICEYE’s radar technology and European government officials
  • Ensure public sector clients actively integrate satellite data into emergency response plans
  • Lead the onboarding process for clients and facilitate effective implementation of products
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support client contract renewals and identify opportunities
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and recommend improvements to customer success processes

Requirements

  • Experience in a Customer Success, Sales, Project Management or other customer-facing role
  • Background working with in the public-sector or with public-sector customers (insurance, banking or utilities is an additional plus)
  • Excellent English-language communication and interpersonal skills (working proficiency in Spanish, Greek, or Portuguese is a strong plus)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarity with geospatial technologies, remote sensing or natural catastrophe solutions
  • Passionate about the potential to drive innovation and transformation using unique new sources of data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a growth company and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
