Customer Success Manager ensuring effective use of satellite data for managing natural disasters in European government sectors. Collaborating with ICEYE’s regional Solutions Sales team and overseeing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Ensure European government clients successfully use ICEYE’s satellite data to manage natural disasters
Act as the essential link between ICEYE’s radar technology and European government officials
Ensure public sector clients actively integrate satellite data into emergency response plans
Lead the onboarding process for clients and facilitate effective implementation of products
Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with the Sales team to support client contract renewals and identify opportunities
Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements
Keep up to date on industry trends and recommend improvements to customer success processes
Requirements
Experience in a Customer Success, Sales, Project Management or other customer-facing role
Background working with in the public-sector or with public-sector customers (insurance, banking or utilities is an additional plus)
Excellent English-language communication and interpersonal skills (working proficiency in Spanish, Greek, or Portuguese is a strong plus)
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Familiarity with geospatial technologies, remote sensing or natural catastrophe solutions
Passionate about the potential to drive innovation and transformation using unique new sources of data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a growth company and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
