About the role

  • You’ll be at the forefront of new business growth, introducing clients to solutions that strengthen their teams and boost performance.
  • Prospecting and qualifying sales leads through outbound calls and inbound inquiries
  • Participate in meetings to understand business needs and present tailored solutions on training and other HR services
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to negotiation and closing
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on pipeline performance
  • Working closely with the People Solutions team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services, training, or other HR services
  • A proven record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Fluency in both English and Greek
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
