Responsibilities
You’ll be at the forefront of new business growth, introducing clients to solutions that strengthen their teams and boost performance.
Prospecting and qualifying sales leads through outbound calls and inbound inquiries
Participate in meetings to understand business needs and present tailored solutions on training and other HR services
Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to negotiation and closing
Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on pipeline performance
Working closely with the People Solutions team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services, training, or other HR services
A proven record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Fluency in both English and Greek
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
