Responsibilities
Increase sales volume by promoting products and conducting training for CAIXA's partner network, expanding the scope of activity and contributing to improved results and the achievement of the commercial area's annual target;
Identify niches and segments with growth potential to expand sales, focusing on improving results and meeting established targets;
Identify process improvement opportunities based on feedback from sellers and customers to enhance the experience for both;
Deliver in-person and online training focused on maximizing reach and enabling partners to drive sales;
Generate interest in selling by presenting the product benefits and associated compensation;
Establish and maintain relationships with the partner network through training sessions, event participation, efficient multi-channel communication, prompt responses, distribution of supporting materials, and on-site visits — ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and increased sales.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Management and Strategic Planning preferred;
Experience: Proven professional experience;
Experience in the consórcio market is desirable;
Technical skills: MS Office (intermediate to advanced);
PCA-10 certification preferred;
Behavioral skills: Negotiation and sales approach techniques;
