Responsibilities
- Contributes to the delivery of the IAG Cargo people strategy.
- Responsible for providing a range of high-quality HR services to the partners in the business.
- Identify and deliver suitable solutions to address the priorities and challenges of business areas.
- Act as an advisor on people issues and operational HR issues at employee and manager levels.
- Support Managers with the right tools to ensure employee performance is optimized.
