About the role

  • HR Advisor contributing to IAG Cargo's people strategy and providing high-quality HR services. Supporting performance, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives across a global organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the delivery of the IAG Cargo people strategy.
  • Responsible for providing a range of high-quality HR services to the partners in the business.
  • Identify and deliver suitable solutions to address the priorities and challenges of business areas.
  • Act as an advisor on people issues and operational HR issues at employee and manager levels.
  • Support Managers with the right tools to ensure employee performance is optimized.
  • Support engagement initiatives locally and internationally.
  • Proactive approach to professional development for yourself and others.
  • Drive the delivery of key people projects and/or organizational change.
  • Support the bi-annual performance management, pay/bonus and incentive processes.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a unionised environment (desirable)
  • Knowledge of employment law and GDPR
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
