Responsibilities

  • Provide Human Resource leadership to management and employees
  • Advise leaders on HR issues for efficiency and fair treatment
  • Collaborate on succession planning and skill identification
  • Advise on labor relations and compliance with agreements
  • Manage compensation programs and ensure compliance
  • Participate in HR program development and best practices sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Required availability to travel across Canada
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Very strong knowledge of industrial relations
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
