Responsibilities
Driva och utveckla moderna och effektiva HR-processer
Vara ett kvalificerat stöd till chefer i personalfrågor
Ansvara för hela medarbetarresan – från introduktion till avslut
Hålla ihop löneprocesser, lönerevisioner och lönekartläggning tillsammans med vår lönespecialist
Vara systemförvaltare i HR-systemet Sympa och löpande utveckla systemet och processerna
Samverka med fackliga parter och säkerställa centrala samt lokala avtal
Arbeta med frågor gällande arbetsmiljö, rehabilitering och företagshälsovård
Utveckla policys, riktlinjer och interna rutiner
Driva medarbetarundersökningar
Stärka vårt employer branding-arbete i samarbete med vår rekryteringskonsult och våra kommunikatörer
Bevaka gällande förändringar i lagar och avtal
Requirements
Flera års erfarenhet av brett HR-arbete, exempelvis som HR-ansvarig, HR-generalist eller HR Business Partner
Högskoleexamen som personalvetare eller inom annat relevant område
Goda kunskaper i arbetsrätt
Erfarenhet av rekrytering, lön och personaladministration
Erfarenhet av att arbeta kommunalt ser vi som meriterande
