About the role
- Directeur(trice) Adjoint(e) managing individual retirement plans for iA Financial Group. Leading a multidisciplinary team in operational excellence and strategic development.
Responsibilities
- Garantir la qualité et la constance des services offerts et des travaux réalisés par l’équipe.
- Superviser et réviser les tâches techniques, incluant les mandats complexes.
- Soutenir et développer les talents au sein de l’équipe RRI, en agissant comme mentor.
- Prendre en charge l’évaluation de rendement des membres de l’équipe à l’aide des outils privilégiés par iA Groupe financier.
- Accompagner la force de vente pour promouvoir nos services d’administration, d’actuariat et de consultation.
- Orienter les axes d’analyse et de développement pour les RRIs, et appuyer la Vice-présidence et la Direction dans la vision du département.
Requirements
- Baccalauréat en actuariat, ou minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en administration et consultation des RRIs.
- Titre Fellow (FICA) un atout.
- Maîtrise approfondie des régimes de retraite individuels.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Aptitudes en négociation, organisation, planification, prise de décision et résolution de problèmes.
- Leadership et gestion d’équipe/projets.
- Excellentes habiletés de vulgarisation et de communication.
- Connaissance avancée de l’anglais est requise.
