About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator managing recruiting operations at Hyundai Motor America. Supporting interview scheduling, candidate experience and recruiting events coordination.

Responsibilities

  • supporting Recruiters with the recruitment process
  • scheduling interviews, candidate travel, applicant tracking system data entry and other required candidate workflow process tasks
  • Responsible for scheduling, coordinating travel, onsite check-in, event planning, meals, escorting candidates, time management, reimbursement of expenses, and arranging debrief sessions
  • Prepare candidate offer letters, relocation package agreements, and onboarding coordination
  • Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting events, career fairs, and intern programs
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and candidate pipeline activity
  • Help manage job postings and internal requisition processes
  • Maintain and organize internal databases with candidate records and hiring process documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
  • Provide support with special TA projects

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors a plus)
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
