Assistant Manager for Live Training at Hyundai's Genesis division, focusing on live training initiatives and organizational effectiveness. Collaborating across teams to enhance training delivery and impact.
Responsibilities
Assist with the development and execution of all live and instructor-led training, including but not limited to in-retailer training, workshops, in-market events, and immersions.
Develop and execute standardized reporting, tracking, and/or dashboards to measure the effectiveness of training at various levels like region, retailer, and employee.
Collaborate with agency partners to develop content, curriculum, T3 events, retailer and event schedules, etc.
Partner with Genesis Digital Training team to ensure holistic and cohesive approach to all training deliverables.
Assist with implementation and testing of global training materials to meet local market needs.
Collaborate with relevant business units across both Genesis and Hyundai to identify areas of need and improvement that can be supported through training initiatives, ensuring alignment with process guides, resources, and required training for all job roles.
End-to-end project coordination with agency partner and IT to develop tableau dashboards. Includes business requirements, business justifications, UAT and launch.
Participate in the development, UAT, and implementation of any new technology software within the department, incl. but not limited to LMS and CMS.
Develop and deploy presentations, reporting and communications to key stakeholders.
Interface with National and Regional management and partner with internal departments to implement department programs.
Responsible for tracking and receiving approval from direct supervisor on finances, accruals, expenditures for training programs and any support programs.
Responsible for tracking and seeking approval from direct supervisor on supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
Perform other duties and assignments as determined by leadership.
Process and pay departmental invoices through SAP.
Requirements
Must be a high school graduate.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Five or more years of professional work experience is required.
Automotive OEM experience is strongly preferred.
