Responsibilities
- You lead and continuously develop the Swiss team to ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness in combating fraud.
- You are responsible for achieving fraud investigation targets, preparing detailed reports and analyses, and presenting these at senior level.
- You lead cross-functional projects for process and system development with a strong focus on innovative technologies and methods for fraud prevention.
- You manage and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the Zurich Group and external partners, to ensure comprehensive fraud prevention.
- You continuously analyze trends and technologies, such as cybercrime, and integrate them into the strategic direction of the department.
Requirements
- University degree in criminology or many years of police service with solid professional experience in investigations and criminal analysis, as well as in combating insurance fraud (BVM).
- Knowledge of criminal law, criminal procedure law, and civil law.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in the insurance sector or a large corporation, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong IT skills and a particular interest in the application and development of systems, as well as experience in deploying artificial intelligence.
- Strong representation and communication skills at senior level, combined with solid project management skills.
- Excellent German and English skills; French is an advantage.
