About the role

  • Executive Assistant responsible for managing schedules and operations for senior leadership at Huron's Dallas office. Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
  • Ensure efficient management of schedules, correspondence, and daily operations
  • Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Act as the first point of contact for the executive
  • Coordinate communications between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Create, review, and edit reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and professional correspondence
  • Oversee office operations and manage projects on behalf of the executive

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Advanced technical skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce a plus
  • Familiarity with online travel tools, and time and expense reporting process
  • Strong organizational skills, high-level prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of flexibility.
