About the role

  • RV/Marine Relationship Manager developing indirect lending relationships with dealers. Responsible for sales, service, and training, focusing on RV & Marine consumer loans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers
  • Products include Dealer originated RV/Marine consumer loans and traditional banking products and services
  • Responsibilities include dealer sales, service, and training of dealership staff
  • Builds business by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating value to Dealer customers
  • Monitors competition and makes suggestions for product improvements
  • Assists/trains less experienced employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales
  • High School diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of Indirect Lending Sales Experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Local Dealer knowledge and relationships preferred
  • Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient at typing and completing Pre call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system
  • Familiar with Industry reporting and metrics
