About the role

  • Personal Lines Insurance Senior Account Executive advising high-net-worth clients through tailored insurance solutions while managing complex accounts and fostering relationships. Ensuring compliance and effective client service with a focus on growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients
  • Deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions for personal insurance needs
  • Take ownership of complex accounts
  • Provide strategic guidance and advocacy
  • Support new business development and handle renewals
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
  • Oversee the renewal process
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems
  • Participate in corporate projects and workflow improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or insurance designations
  • 4 additional years of Personal Lines experience required
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • 5+ years of P&C insurance service experience or minimum of 3 years of P&C insurance sales experience
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior working experience in a fast-paced insurance agency and/or insurance company
  • Strong PC and internet skills including intermediate user level for Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
