Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients
Deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions for personal insurance needs
Take ownership of complex accounts
Provide strategic guidance and advocacy
Support new business development and handle renewals
Maintain strong client relationships
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
Oversee the renewal process
Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems
Participate in corporate projects and workflow improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or insurance designations
4 additional years of Personal Lines experience required
Active Property & Casualty License
5+ years of P&C insurance service experience or minimum of 3 years of P&C insurance sales experience
Experience with Agency Management Systems
Strong time management skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong problem-solving skills
Prior working experience in a fast-paced insurance agency and/or insurance company
