Responsibilities
Lead the full talent lifecycle for technical and engineering roles, from role discovery to onboarding follow-up.
Design tailored talent acquisition strategies that support both in-house and remote teams.
Deliver a clear, supportive, and transparent candidate experience at every stage.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the talent journey.
Develop role-specific employer branding strategies, including candidate personas, messaging, role positioning, and targeted communication via social media, web platforms, events, and referral networks.
Support new hires and partner teams during onboarding, ensuring alignment and long-term success.
Requirements
+3 years of experience in 360° recruitment, executive search, or talent partnering.
Strong account management skills, capable of collaborating with Hiring Managers and managing key accounts.
Confidence in managing candidates end-to-end and building trust-based relationships.
Understanding of employer branding and digital talent communication.
Positive, structured, and empathetic approach to people and processes.
Comfortable working in a global, remote-first environment.
Experience with technical and engineering roles is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with talent management practices and employee engagement.
Proactive, results-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
