Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts
Expand and develop client relationships as the primary focal point for customers
Provide exceptional customer support and act as a point of escalation

Gather feedback on product and service to better meet customer needs
Educate customers on products and run enablement sessions
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in a B2B enterprise customer facing role
Client-facing experience managing large enterprise accounts
Bachelor's or Graduate’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, or a related field preferred
Eager to learn and grow
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn HUMAN’s products
Strong organizational and communication skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with teams across the company
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience in B2B SAAS, SQL, Javascript, Kibana and other cloud and software systems an advantage
Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage
