About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts
  • Expand and develop client relationships as the primary focal point for customers
  • Provide exceptional customer support and act as a point of escalation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
  • Gather feedback on product and service to better meet customer needs
  • Educate customers on products and run enablement sessions

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a B2B enterprise customer facing role
  • Client-facing experience managing large enterprise accounts
  • Bachelor's or Graduate’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, or a related field preferred
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn HUMAN’s products
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with teams across the company
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in B2B SAAS, SQL, Javascript, Kibana and other cloud and software systems an advantage
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage
