About the role

  • Support senior professionals in preparing and opening new Medicaid markets.
  • Manage projects for member and/or provider communication assets.
  • Coordinate internal and external reviews of marketing materials.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Compile and report state-specific updates.
  • Assist with research projects and participate in strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, or media marketing
  • 1+ year of experience reviewing and communicating marketing metrics
  • Prior experience and demonstrated ability to measure marketing campaigns and manage budgets
  • Prior experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI (e.g., engagement, conversion, cost-per-acquisition)
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
