Responsibilities
Identify and credential service providers for contractual engagement to serve patients enrolled in the programs;
Negotiate services and fees within established metrics, verify documentation, complete and monitor signed contracts with legal support;
Manage relationships with the provider network, ensuring documentation remains valid and mandatory trainings are up to date;
Support and monitor clinic billing processes when necessary;
Create and keep partner records up to date in the credentialing system;
Perform similar and/or related tasks;
Respond to system tickets and requests according to SLA deadlines;
Provide internal and external customer support via email and phone.
Requirements
University degree completed or in progress (healthcare, administration, or related fields) is a plus;
Experience in support, credentialing, or client relationship management is a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
