Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring excellent guest service and smooth operations at the reception, as well as leading and managing the Front Office team
Supporting your Front Office team in all operational tasks
Responsible for onboarding new employees and training our apprentices/trainees
Creating duty schedules for our Front Office staff
Implementing and maintaining quality and safety standards, as well as monitoring and adjusting workflows
Close collaboration with our Reservations team, Revenue Manager, Housekeeping team and Hotel Operations Manager.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in hospitality and professional experience in a similar front desk position
Experience with the Protel hotel software and MS Office
Quality awareness and excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
A positive presence, confident and natural demeanor, and a radiant smile
Reliability, punctuality and team spirit
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
