About the role

  • Front Office Manager at east cosmos ensuring guest satisfaction and leading the reception team in Hamburg. Responsible for staff training, scheduling, and quality standards enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring excellent guest service and smooth operations at the reception, as well as leading and managing the Front Office team
  • Supporting your Front Office team in all operational tasks
  • Responsible for onboarding new employees and training our apprentices/trainees
  • Creating duty schedules for our Front Office staff
  • Implementing and maintaining quality and safety standards, as well as monitoring and adjusting workflows
  • Close collaboration with our Reservations team, Revenue Manager, Housekeeping team and Hotel Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality and professional experience in a similar front desk position
  • Experience with the Protel hotel software and MS Office
  • Quality awareness and excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
  • A positive presence, confident and natural demeanor, and a radiant smile
  • Reliability, punctuality and team spirit
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
