About the role

  • Inside Sales specialist handling customer needs and managing opportunities at Buonny, a leader in risk management solutions in Brazil

Responsibilities

  • Customer service across multiple channels;
  • Opportunity management: analyze the pipeline and prioritize leads in the CRM.
  • Meetings and calls: phone calls/video conferences with inbound and outbound leads.
  • Sales proposals: create and send customized proposals.
  • Negotiation and closing: handle objections and secure conversions.
  • Follow-up: track prospects in negotiation to accelerate closings.
  • Performance analysis: monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
  • Sales activity logging (follow-ups, CRM data entry, customer interactions, etc.).

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree in a related field (in progress or completed) is a plus.
  • Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Experienced user of sales CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Excellent communication skills, persistence, and empathy;
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on targets and delivery;
  • Organized with strong sales pipeline management skills;
