Responsibilities
Act as a strategic business partner, supporting leaders in people management, leadership development, strengthening culture, performance management and data-driven decision making, ensuring alignment between business strategy and People, Management & Culture practices.
Support directorates and leaders across technical and business areas.
Act as a consultative partner to managers (front-line and middle management).
Lead initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, performance, succession and development.
Support strategic recruitment processes and internal mobility.
Translate people data into actionable business insights.
Support organizational changes and cultural evolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Previous experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist or Junior Business Partner.
Experience with performance cycles (OKRs/KPIs, feedback, Individual Development Plans - IDPs).
Experience with organizational climate and action planning.
Leadership support (1:1s, basic coaching, advising).
Strategic recruitment (partnership with Talent Acquisition).
Ability to interpret HR metrics: turnover, absenteeism, eNPS, headcount and workforce movements.
Intermediate Excel skills / basic dashboards.
Experience in dynamic, high-growth or transformation environments.
Based in Pinheiros, São Paulo — hybrid model: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
